We are delighted to welcome you and your child to our school. Your family's nursery experience is very important to us and we like to get to know you as much as we can so that we can offer your child the best pre school year possible. The more information we have about your child in readiness for the start of the school year enables us to do this. Therefore we ask that you fill in this form with as much appropriate detail as possible. Any information that you do provide will be treated with the strictest confidence and with your child's wellbeing in mind.
Once we have received confirmation that you are accepting a place in our school, we will then be sending more information about the school and asking you more about your child, including any medical, dietary and allergy needs.
